Mr Santini runs Core Skills Course

Mr Santini has recently completed running the Core Skills Course this week in The Master Unit of Liverpool.

The three day Royal College of Surgeons Course is designed for trainee orthopaedic surgeons about to commence their higher surgical training.

The course covered all the basics of elective orthopaedic and trauma practice in a series of lectures and practicals. The course teaches the delegates to understand the basic building blocks of orthopaedic practice allowing them to build up their knowledge as they progress through their training.

Mr Santini explains, ”To have the opportunity to help our trainees is ideal. We all sat in their seats at some point and to understand how it feels helps in the preparation and presentation of the course itself. To work one on one with these talented individuals is quite inspiring, I wish them all the best of luck in the coming years.”
